Workforce Success is Important! Thank you for your interest in recruiting Columbia State students! We are happy to support your recruiting process in any way we can. Here are a few ways in which we can help.

1. Job Postings
We will be glad to post job openings to our Career Services website. Please note that our policy gives us the option not to post jobs for individuals or network marketing companies. Third party recruiters may post jobs as long as they list the employer for whom they are recruiting. Job postings must comply with EEO guidelines in order to be posted. To post a job opportunity, please complete the Employee Form.

2. Internship/Cooperative Education Postings

Postings for internships and/or cooperative education should be directed to both the Career Services Office and also the appropriate academic division. 3. On-campus Recruiting & Interviews During Established Campus Events
The Columbia State Community College Career Counseling Services Office conducts numerous job fairs, career days, career clusters events, and onsite employer meetings during established campus events. Recruiting tables can be set up in order to recruit students during these established functions or events. Employers must meet the criteria in #1. Employers listed in the Career Counseling Services Office email distribution list will be notified of upcoming campus recruitment events. To be included on the on-campus recruiting contact list, please email your request and company contact information via email at CareerServices@ColumbiaState.edu

4. Be an Employer Volunteer!
Would you like to help our students in their career planning process? Volunteer to participate in our database of alumni and employers who are willing to give current students informational interviews or allow students to job shadow for part of your work day.
