Compass Placement Test Registration Form

Before you are eligible to take the Placement Test:

1. You must have on file in the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid: a completed Columbia State Admission application, official High School and College transcripts, and all official test scores (ACT/SAT/Previous Placement Test).

2. Your records must be screened by the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid and a determination made that the Compass Placement test is your next step in the admission process.
