"I'm getting the tassel at Columbia State," says Agriculture sophomore Sutherlin Marlin, daugher of NASCAR legend Sterling Marlin.
“Growing up, I always wanted to do something involving racing, but honestly I just want to learn to be the best farmer I can be,” adds the Agriculture major and Columbia Academy graduate. “My degree from Columbia State will help me be a better farmer with a better understanding of things. Columbia State is close to home, and provides the opportunity to have a great relationship with your instructors and classmates. The faculty and staff are extremely friendly, and they really make students feel at home.”
