LORETTO TELEPHONE COMPANY DONATES $5,000  TO COLUMBIA STATE

(Columbia, Tenn. – November 1, 2010) - - - The Loretto Telephone Company and the Ralph J. Passarella family donate $5,000 to Columbia State Community College. The scholarship benefits students at the Lawrence County Campus.

“Columbia State takes pride in serving all nine counties in our service area at a very high level,” said Dr. Janet F. Smith, president of Columbia State. “This generous donation by the Loretto Telephone Company and Passarella family helps us in our mission by providing opportunities to students attending our Lawrence County Campus.”

Columbia State’s Office of Advancement maintains and builds relationships within the nine-county service area to continue community support for student scholarships and for the important mission of the College.
