Ring of Fire—The Music of Johnny Cash

Stories of faith, family, passion, redemption and humor set the stage ablaze in the production of Ring of Fire—The Music of Johnny Cash, which features more than 35 of Cash’s hits, including I Walk the Line,  I've Been Everywhere, Folsom Prison Blues, A Boy Named Sue and Ring of Fire. Ring of Fire will have you stomping your feet as the cast brings the past to life, touching on the life and times of one of the world’s most legendary musical artists.

An Acoustic Evening with Pam Tillis

With more than seven million albums sold, 14 Top Five songs and more than six #1 hits, there’s no denying that Pam Tillis is a formidable force in country music. No stranger to its stage, Tillis became the first woman of the new millennium to join the Grand Ole Opry. She is also one of the first women in Nashville to produce her own album and has gone on to earn Country Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year, CMT's Top Female Video Artist, two Grammy Awards, seven ACM nominations and 11 CMA nominations.

A Tribute to the King

Through his remarkable resemblance and his incredible talent to emulate and perform the voice and style, Travis LeDoyt flawlessly captures the essence and portrays a true “Tribute to the King.” Specializing in the 1954-1959 years, LeDoyt performs a spectacular, jaw-dropping tribute to the man that shaped a generation.

Broadway Songs of the Great White Way

Franc D’Ambrosio is best known as the “Phantom” in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tony Award winning musical, The Phantom of the Opera. Retaining the "World's Longest Running Phantom" title for more than a decade, D'Ambrosio has gone on to a varied and amazing solog career.  He studied under Luciano Pavarotti and currently tours throughout the U.S., Europe and South America, sharing his vibrant voice and legato singing with audiences of all ages.

Dan Akroyd, Judith Belushi and Music Director Paul Shaffer Present The Official Blues BrothersTM Revue

Dan Akroyd, Judy Belushi and Music Director Paul Shaffer bring Wayne Catania as Jake and Kieron Lafferty as Elwood in The Official Blues Brothers RevueTM , capturing the spirit of the cultural phenomenon that pays homage to Chicago's rich history of blues, gospel and soul music in the true spirit of the original Blues Brothers. This tribute strikes the right balance of humor, music and mayhem.

Columbia State Spring Musical

Announced in the spring, the Columbia State Commercial Entertainment program’s spring musical is the capstone performance of this year’s Performance Series. The spring musical is entertaining and fun. Past shows include Once Upon a Mattress, 9 to 5, Cats, Grease and The Wiz.  Columbia State's Commercial Entertainment program is one of only two programs in the country to specifically train talented students to be dancers, singers and songwriters.
