What is email reference?
It is the electronic version of asking a question in person
at the reference desk.
Who can
use our service?
It is available to current Columbia State students, faculty, and staff
at all locations. Questions from community patrons in our
nine-county service area are also answered as time permits.
Response time
Our mailbox is checked at least once per day (Monday-Friday).
Most questions are answered within 24 hours, but response
time may vary depending on the nature of the request.
