
The Lady Chargers program is led by Columbia native Nichole Lockridge, who played at Columbia Central High School prior to leading Columbia State to the Western Division Conference Title and the TJCCAA State Title. Lockridge began her assistant coaching career at Murray High School in Murray, Kentucky, in 2002-2003 and returned to Columbia State as an assistant in 2003-2004, helping the Lady Chargers to another Western Division Championship. Lockridge became head coach prior to the 2004-2005 season and has made many key improvements to the Lady Chargers program.
