About Grants Management

     Grants Management helps faculty and staff find and secure grant funding for projects that advance the college's mission.

     It is the job of the grants office to determine if a project aligns with Columbia State's strategic plan.  If so, the grants manager will assist the project director to:

  • develop a project
  • find a funding source
  • obtain approval of project ideas
  • write and edit a project proposal
  • create a budget
  • submit a proposal
  • manage the grant once it is awarded.
