Fall 2009 Dates:
August 18 – Financial Aid appeal due for fall 2009 semester.
August 20 – Payment and Enrollment Confirmation due for fall 2009 registered students.
Students will be removed from classes for non-payment/confirmation.
August 24 – Fall convocation - All offices at all campuses will be closed for faculty and staff
professional development.
August 25 – Fall bookstore charges begin. Note: RODP books must be purchased at the RODP

August 29 – Fall classes begin.
September 1 – Deadline to file FAFSA for Hope Lottery eligibility.
September 4 – Fall bookstore charges end.
September 24 – Refund checks available. Short term and hybrid class refund checks will be available once attendance has been reported.
October 6 – Loan refund checks available to first-time loan borrowers.
November 2 – Second loan refund checks available for fall only loans.
November 20 – Last day to apply for fall 2009 financial aid.
