Project Management Basics teaches skills you need to succeed in the fast-growing field of project management. In this class you will: 1) Establish a project objective, 2) Generate tactics to accomplish your objective , 3) Set a time line for the project, 4) Identify resources needed, 5) Set key milestones for the project and 6) Establish other measurement metrics to assess progress. This class will be held on Monday, July 16 from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon. The fee of $144 includes all materials.
