First Line Supervision is for the first line foremen or experience foremen. This class is based on AMA materials. Participants will learn how to effectively make the transition to the role of Supervisor and  how to communicate more effectively both individually and in conducting meetings. They will learn some great techniques in developing people; how to manage people and give performance feedback. Team building ideas and techniques will be studied. The participant will also learn how to motivate workers to get the job done and how to supervise in a diverse work environment. This class will be offered Friday, August 17 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The fee for this class is $250.
