The OSHA 10-Hour Voluntary Compliance Course will train the employer how to keep your employees safe and your facility in compliance with OSHA. To do so, you can send representatives to this program which includes a review of OSHA standards, information on inspections, citations, penalties and most cited violations. The training also includes Subpart H-hazardous materials; Subpart S-electrical; Subpart O-machine guarding I and lockout/tagout; Subpart D-walking and working surfaces; and Subpart E-Route of exit and hazard communication. The instructor, Wilder Allen, is one of the leading safety experts in the nation. If you need more detailed information, or to register, call (931)540-1121. The $360 course fee covers all course materials, CEUs, 10 hours of instruction, PowerPoint programs to assist you with your training, a certificate of completion and an official course completion card from the U.S. Department of Labor and OSHA. The training will be Thursday, Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 11 from 8 a.m. to noon.
