Beginning September 15, 2011, Columbia State Community College will begin a series of leadership courses designed for both new and experienced leaders. Created by DDI, this innovative series highlights how motivated employees can develop and sustain the leadership skills necessary for success in a business environment. Each 4-hour session will concentrate on the challenges new leaders face and on the proactive measures and effective solutions leaders can use to achieve their business goals. The investment for each session is $149 per person. Enrollment is limited to 18 participants per session.
Anyone attending 6 of the 7 classes will be presented with a special Leadership Training Certificate.
