Introduction to Strategic Planning teaches the student the following: 1) How Vision and Mission are important in Strategic Planning, 2) How to conduct a basic SWOT analysis, 3) How/why consensus building is important in Planning, 4) How to identify metrics for measuring progress and 5) Why it is important to identify obstacles and setting plans for overcoming them. This class will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012, from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon. The fee of $144 includes all materials.
