PSYC 2110 - Psychology of Adjustment

Course Description

 

 

 

 

 

     Psychology of Adjustment is a one-semester course, offered ONLY during the Fall Semester, that will provide the Learner with information on personal and social adjustment as it relates to coping with the demands of everyday life. Topics for lecture include self-awareness, healthy management of stress and emotions, interpersonal relationships, the grieving process, and communication techniques. Methods to cultivate personal growth and effective adjustment will be presented.
