Video courses are degree credit courses offered by videotapes supplemented with textbooks and/or outside readings. Video courses are designed for students who require a flexible class schedule, are self- motivated and can work independently, are self-disciplined and can complete assigned course work by required dates.
Video courses are listed in the appropriate subject section in the course schedule. Individuals registering for video courses must follow the same college admission and registration procedures outlined in this schedule for all college credit courses. Fees, refunds, and all other academic policies are the same as for all college courses.

Students are required to attend an orientation meeting. At the first class meeting, students meet the instructor and receive course requirements, expectations and materials. Additional meetings may be scheduled during the semester for exams. The schedule for orientation meetings is shown below.
