| Description:
ESTJ’s enjoy taking a practical, detailed, decisive approach to managing programs, projects and people. They are good at seeing inefficient, impractical or illogical processes and finding ways to make improvements. They are well organized and prefer standard operating procedures and predictability over new methods and change. They also see things as black or white and prefer to follow or create rules to operate by. ESTJ’s have excellent follow through and dislike wasted time and expect others to be task oriented.
