BIOL 2010 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I

Fundamentals of cellular biology are introduced to the student in preparation for later emphasis on the human integument, skeletal, muscular, digestive, and respiratory systems.

 BIOL 2020 - Human Anatomy and Physiology II

A study of the structure and function of the human excretory, reproductive, endocrine, circulatory, and nervous systems with final emphasis on the interrelationships of the various systems.

Prerequisites:
(Prerequisite: Successful completion of BIOL 2010.)

BIOL 2230 - Microbiology

An introductory study of the morphology, physiology, pathogenicity, and control of bacteria. Also included are vertebrate immunology with particular emphasis on the components of the immune system and antigen-antibody interactions. The laboratory emphasizes the isolation and culture of bacteria using quantitative and diagnostic techniques.

Prerequisites:
(Prerequisite: Completion of one of the following: BIOL 1110, 1120, 2010 or 2020.)
