RECORDS: Degree Audits and Checksheets

The degree audits and checksheets are in a transitional period right now, during the 2007-2008 academic year:

• If you took classes prior to Fall 2007, you may still log into Web For Students and check your Degree Audit or Modeling. Please note that it will only contain information through the Summer 2007 semester, information pertaining to the Fall semester will not exist. Web For Students is scheduled to go completely offline in January 2008.
  
  To use the old Web For Students: (1) Click Modeling. (2) Click Submit. (3) Select a major from the list. For all General Transfer emphases, click General Transfer A.S. to bring up a list of the different emphases. You may do “what if” scenarios for different emphases. Remember that you are responsible for customizing your courses toward those needed for your emphasis at your chosen university.
• If you are a new student, and would like to have a degree audit, you will need to print off a checksheet and manually create your own degree audit.
  - Columbia State Degrees (AS, AAS, AST) and Certificates
  - Transfer Agreement Degrees ("Articulations")
  - RODP Degrees
  
• The new online degree audit system (integrated into myCN's Self-Service) will be completed during the Spring 2008 semester.
